Nicholas Mingione

Attorney Mingione focuses his area of practice in the general civil litigation matters, specifically, in cases involving foreclosure, collections, and condominium law, as well as, issues involving land use and planning and zoning. Attorney Mingione also represents individuals in criminal cases on GA Districts throughout Connecticut.

 

Attorney Mingione is a long-time member of the firm, beginning as an intern, and then later as a full-time associate with Fasano, Ippolito & Lee, LLC in 2006.  Since joining the firm, Mingione and Attorney Lee have served as the primary litigation attorneys for the law office, and both Attorney Mingione and Attorney Lee have successfully been awarded and negotiated judgments on behalf of the firms’ clients in varying matters and diverse legal claims.

 

In addition to the litigation work for the firm, Attorney Mingione, represents and continues to serve as general counsel, for many local condominium associations.
