Leonard A. Fasano, Esq.
Fasano, Ippolito, Lee & Florentine practices in all courts and jurisdictions throughout the State of Connecticut. In our 35 years as a firm, each of our attorneys have proven capable of handling an extraordinarily wide range of litigation and transactions.
We strive to develop successful attorney-client relationships based on mutual trust and respect. Our attorneys all collaborate with one another, but our firm takes care to maintain a "point man" for each case whom our clients can count on as responsible for the case's outcome. Often, former onetime clients will return to our firm for subsequent matters differing in nature, forming relationships with multiple attorneys in our firm and reinforcing the familial aspect of the legal representation we commit to providing.
Ours is a "family-first firm", where we aim to serve as a home away from home for Connecticut families and businesses alike. We are more than capable of acting as the principal legal advisor for our clients, utilizing our abundant experience and vast network of relationships to advise and assist in any way possible, even recommending outside attorneys to our clients when necessary.
Fasano, Ippolito, Lee & Florentine was founded in 1989 by Len Fasano and Al Ippolito, the firm known then as Fasano & Ippolito. Attorney Tim Lee joined the firm a few years later, making partner at the turn of the new millennium and cementing Fasano, Ippolito & Lee as one of the leading and more recognized small firms in New Haven County. Attorney Rick Florentine officially made partner in 2016, forming the modern and cutting-edge, but still small and humble, Connecticut law firm we know today.
Every one of our clients knows the attorney in charge of their matter at all times, and that each attorney is never more than a phone call away. Especially important, our attorneys collaborate with each other on most, if not all, matters. Our clients’ legal strategies are developed by our full team of attorneys, each with diverse legal backgrounds and points of view, thus ensuring that our clients receive the best legal services specifically tailored to their needs.
Fasano, Ippolito, Lee & Florentine, LLC, houses six practicing attorneys, not including an additional attorney of counsel, reinforced by a complete support staff readily available to assist all of our clients.
Our firm has recently moved our office to 107 Montowese Street, Branford.
We are walking distance from the Branford Town Green and the Branford Town Hall, right by the Branford Armory.
"I've worked closely with each of the attorneys and cannot speak highly enough about all of them."
"I've been utilizing the firm for nearly 30 years and there has never been an issue they weren't willing to take head-on."
"The attorneys of this firm are not only experienced, but they are personable and compassionate."
"Fasano, Ippolito, Lee & Florentine represented me in my residential closing and personal injury claim. I would and do recommend them to everyone I know."
"Several years ago our Association required legal assistant in collecting monies owed over many years. We were told that hiring a legal firm would not be cost effective. FIL&F proved that wrong. We now regard this firm as part of our Association. Make no mistake, they are the best in class."
"Fasano, Ippolito, Lee & Florentine prepared my estate plan and during a health scare, there was comfort knowing I was protected."
