Attorney Lee joined Fasano and Ippolito as a firm partner, officially establishing Fasano, Ippolito, & Lee, LLC, as one of the leading and more recognized small firms in New Haven County. Attorney Lee concentrates his area of practice for the firm in matters involving Municipal Law, Zoning and Land Use, General Criminal and Civil Litigation, Personal Injury including automobile accidents, slips and falls and Workers' Compensation, Traffic Violations, DUI and Collections.
In addition to being one of the primary litigators for the Fasano, Ippolito, Lee and Florentine, LLC, Attorney Lee also serves as the acting Assistant Town Attorney for the Town of Hamden, specifically handling Hamden’s land use boards and commissions, general litigation and real estate matters.

Attorney Florentine limits his concentration of practice to the areas of residential real estate closings, for both buyers and sellers, as well as, lender representation throughout the State of Connecticut.
Additionally, Attorney Florentine served as Grievance Counsel for the New Britain Judicial District and Hartford Judicial District, GA 12 and Avon, Bloomfield, Canton, Farmington, West Hartford Grievance Panel and also the Tolland Grievance Panel.
Operating as a solo practitioner in Branford for over 25 years, Attorney Florentine found the perfect collaborating partners in Fasano, Ippolito & Lee and became a full-time firm partner in 2016. Attorney Florentine solely focuses his practice in preparing and conducting residential transactions, including mortgage and consumer lending, conducting 300 residential closings per year. Additionally, Attorney Florentine has served as an expert witness in court matters and has also performed mediation and arbitration within the real estate community.
