As an associate attorney at Fasano, Ippolito, Lee & Florentine, Attorney Fasano concentrates his practice in estate planning, probate administration, trust matters, and international taxation. When not working directly with clients, Attorney Fasano supplements the firm’s efforts in property tax exemption cases, fiduciary accountings, and elder law matters.
A 2016 graduate of Suffolk University Law School, Attorney Fasano went on to earn his LL.M. in Taxation from Georgetown University Law Center, where he developed advanced knowledge in income, gift, estate, fiduciary tax planning, and a concentration in international tax. Attorney Fasano's academic background informs his strategic and detail-driven methodology to drafting wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, and advising clients through Connecticut probate and trust administration. Attorney Fasano regularly advises clients with foreign assets, beneficiaries abroad, or multinational family structures on minimizing tax exposure and ensuring compliance with U.S. reporting obligations. Attorney Fasano brings a thoughtful and client-focused approach to helping individuals, families and businesses preserve assets, honor loved ones' wishes, and navigate legal transitions with confidence, frequently collaborating with financial advisors, accountants, and real estate professionals to ensure comprehensive solutions for clients at each and every stage of life.
