Attorney Ippolito concentrates in the areas of real estate including commercial closings for lenders and borrowers, business, estate planning, tax planning, and probate. Attorney Ippolito additionally represents clients in all matters affecting corporations, partnerships and LLCs, from incorporation and creation to sale and/or liquidation.

Attorney Ippolito is one of the founding members of Fasano, Ippolito, Lee and Florentine, LLC. Since the firm's establishment in 1989, Attorney Ippolito has been the managing partner of its growth and expansion to the present five-lawyer iteration. However, despite both his and the firm's growth, Attorney Ippolito has ensured that the personal attention to each client has never changed since the two-lawyer partnership of the firm's formation.
