Attorney Lee concentrates his area of practice for the firm in matters involving municipal law, zoning and land use, and general criminal and civil litigation, including personal injury, where he specializes in automobile accidents and slips and falls, as well as workers' compensation, traffic violations, DUIs, and collections. 

Other Notable Achievements

In addition to being one of the primary litigators for Fasano, Ippolito, Lee and Florentine, Attorney Lee also serves as the acting Assistant Town Attorney for the Town of Hamden, specifically handling matters regarding Hamden’s Land Use boards and commissions, general litigation, and real estate matters.

Tim is an avid Red Sox fan. When he is not at the office, Tim enjoys hiking, tennis, golf, and spending time with his family. He has two children with his wife, Gail. Tim and his family reside in Madison, Connecticut.
